Love has a purpose and it is calling to tell you what it is. Have you heard the call? Are you listening to your Heart? Love’s purpose can manifest in many ways and it is different for each one of us.
For me, it often moves me to create something visual to represent the message of my Heart. Often there are words that go with the image. That is why I have created posters, greeting cards, coloring pages and most consistently my Heart Haiku. I am just busy listening to what love’s purpose might be for me today! Sometimes, the purpose is just for me to rest into the loving focus for a while and to receive the blessing from within.
What is love’s purpose for you? Have you spent time listening to your Heart lately? Valentine’s Day is a good reminder to stop and focus on your heart. Be your own Valentine. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Listen to what your Heart has to tell you. If the message is truly from your Heart, it will be kind, comforting and encouraging like a very good friend. Find what your Heart’s purpose is…for today!
This morning I was moved to create a new coloring page in honor of Love and in time to share it with you for Valentine’s Day. I hope it is an encouragement and a reminder to take a moment or two to listen to your heart.

May you listen to your Heart and find your purpose and then share it with the world. Our world is in deep need of the purpose residing in each of our hearts. Find a way to share it and start by sharing it with yourself. Fill your own cup with loving so that it overflows and we will create a flood of loving to heal the earth.
